On an Intel MacBook Pro (`MacBookPro16,1`) I can pretty easily reproduce this bug using Cmd-Tab with Firefox 135.0.1 the only app running, but only on macOS 15 (15.3) and 14 (14.7.4). I can't reproduce it on macOS 13 (13.7.4).

No external monitor. No special settings (in Firefox or the OS).
