**Environment:**
Operating system: Android 10
Firefox version: Firefox Mobile 133.0/windows 10

**Preconditions:**
- Private window opened

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://s16a.biz/?p=mi4tkzddgi5gi3bpha3domq
2. Observe the behavior.

**Expected Behavior:**
Redirected to google.com

**Actual Behavior:**
Does not redirect, remains stuck.

**Notes:**
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP in Private mode
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
