The Firefox/Chrome beahvior-difference reproduces in RDM on desktop too (using Galaxy S20 Ultra as the RDM profile). The site is unusable in Firefox since the cookie banner is casting an overlay on the page but its buttons are all offscreen; whereas it's usable (albeit cosmetically not-great) in Chrome.
