**Affected versions**
* Firefox 137.0a1

**Affected platforms**
* Windows 10x64, Ubuntu 24

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Create a few Tab Groups 
2. Go to More Tools-> Customize Toolbar and select Touch from density
3. Observe the Tab Groups state in the toolbar


**Expected result**
* Tab Groups should work and look properly with Touch density 

**Actual result**
* Tab groups can no longer collapse. Tab group label is displayed as collapsed with Touch density


**Regression range**
*Will search for one asap

**Additional notes**
* Issue does not reproduce for Tab Groups with Vertical tabs
