Okay I have more findings. On windows, If RFP is on AND firefox does a early blank first paint, firefox doesn't resize, on OSX it does. I can't really tell the reason though..

Edit: if shouldCreateWindow returns false, and browser.startup.blankWindow if not False, then the resize doesn't work.

Edit: if shouldCreateWindow returns false, and browser.startup.blankWindow if not False, then the resize doesn't work. Somehow SetupSkeletonUIPrefs affects this process.
