As of this morning, where compacting was still automatice, if you watch the attached vidoe, you can see that the focus account tab, account acdp, has no messages in any folder, nor in any folder when selecting the Inbox of other email accounts - still in the same Tab If I then select the specific account's Tab, like SPM (all 3) you can see that the messages are actually there - and if I then select the account acdp in another account's tab, messags are there as well As noted above, the messages are lost in the account TAB that is in focus for the compacting, manual or automatic.
