**Preconditions**
* Make sure that Strict mode is selected in about:preferences#privacy.
* Have this extension installed in Firefox: https://github.com/mozilla-extensions/remote-settings-devtools/releases
* Switch to the “DEV” environment

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to this page https://remote-settings-dev.allizom.org/v1/admin/#/buckets/main-workspace/collections/url-classifier-exceptions/records/create
2. Input these details:
- In the bug filed enter "1913055"
- In the 'urlPattern' field: https://str.hit.gemius.pl/*
- In the 'TopLevelUrlPattern' field: https://m.sporx.com/*
- In the classifierFeatures field: tracking-protection
3. Make sure Strict is selected in the 'FilterContentBlockingCategories" field.
4. Select the 'isPrivateBrowsingOnly' option and approve the record.
5. Inspect the ETP panel from the website in step 1.

**Expected result**
* "str.hit.gemius.pl" tracker appears in the Allowed section inside the ETP panel. 

**Actual result**
* * "str.hit.gemius.pl" tracker appears in the "Blocked" - "Tracking Content" section of the ETP panel. 

**Regression range**
* Not a regression.

**Additional notes**
* It seems that the tracker is correctly unblocked in net monitor, and the video plays as expected.
