it appears we have android 12 (api 31) as an existing avd: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/kinds/toolchain/android.yml and a patch :jcristau did last summer to try and use that: https://hg-edge.mozilla.org/try/rev/75b8cfa798c8e4134a55488c25310fbc087e7075 :amoya, are there conditions around what version we should be running? minimum supported (soon to be 8?), or modern (like Android 15?)
