### Steps to reproduce 1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile. 2. Restart the browser in order to enable the new menu. 3. Navigate to a website and tap on 3 dots menu. 4. Check the subtext displayed for Extensions menu item. ### Expected behavior 'Try a recommended extension' text is displayed. ### Actual behavior 'No extensions enabled' text together with the gear icon is briefly displayed before being replaced by 'Try a recommended extension'. ### Device information * Firefox version: Firefox for Android Nightly 141 (2025-06-18) * Android device model: Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 15) and Xiaomi 12T (Android 12) ### Additional information: * This issue reproduces only when opening the menu for the first time.

Check the following menu items: a) 'Off' state from 'Desktop site' b) Chevron icon + the counter (if there are extensions installed) from 'Extensions' c) The Extensions blocking numbers d) Chevron Icon from "Less" ### Expected behavior All the elements from a) -> d) displays a background in Private and Dark mode. ### Actual behavior The menu elements from a) -> d) don't have a background in Private and Dark mode. ### Device information * Firefox version: Firefox for Android Nightly 141 (2025-06-18) * Android device model: Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 15) and Xiaomi 12T (Android 12)
