Preconditions:
Ensure that 'browser.profiles.enabled' is set to 'true' in about:config.
2 switching profiles are created with the System theme and Ocean blue theme.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Profiles and click on the 'Edit' icon for the current profile.
2. Drag the about:editprofile page to a new window, and observe the avatar.
3. Click on the 'Delete' button, drag the about:deleteprofile page to a new window, and observe the avatar.

Expected result:
The avatar icon's background should remain unchanged when using the System theme or the Ocean theme after the edit or delete profile pages are dragged to a new window.

Actual result:
The avatar icon's background becomes black (with the System theme) or white (with the Ocean Blue theme) after the edit or delete profile pages are dragged to a new window. Please see the screen recording.
