Oh, it looks like we have a `__wrap_dl_iterate_phdr` [here](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/ce0d41b6033e2a104904327a43edf730245f5241/mozglue/linker/ElfLoader.cpp#234) that we only use [when the Android version is below 23](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/ce0d41b6033e2a104904327a43edf730245f5241/mozglue/linker/ElfLoader.cpp#236-238,251). Apparently we are not using the custom linker when it's version 23 and above. That explains why we are seeing this in version 22.
