We've discussed this subject with :standard8 and figured out that for Perplexity the scope is just the **Webpage Language Settings**, so we're going to focus on testing this for nightly144 and beta143. While discussing this, we figured that google also uses the language settings header, but for that we'll log a separate bug -> bug TBD.
