* **If yes, steps to reproduce**: In Release: Set `privacy.fingerprintingProtection.overrides` to `+NavigatorHWConcurrency` and try to reproduce the original behavior in ETP Strict Mode.  

If it can be reproduced, then test Beta after the patch and confirm its fixed.
If it can't be reproduced in Release, no no verification is needed.
