I would have though so a month ago, however since bug 1991491 landed, we disable crash reporting in the background task when launched. On the contrary, this appears to have increased a lot in the past month. It's interesting that restarting from the crash reporter client was failing repeatedly, but launching manually worked. The main difference between the two is that Firefox would be launched with the same initial args when launched from the crash reporter client.
