Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a PDF.
2. Add an image or signature to the PDF.
3. Click the "Comment" button under the image or signature.

Expected result:
Using the Light theme, the border of the text field should be visible in the 'Add Comment' box when accessed via the image or signature upload option.

Actual result:
The border of the text field is not visible in the 'Add Comment' box when accessed via the image or signature upload option using the Light theme. Please see the screenshot.

Regression range:
This is not a regression; it is a bug related to the new implementation of the PDF comments.

Additional notes:
The issue is not reproducible using the Dark theme.
