I could not reproduce the issue after trying multiple times. I’ve also tried to reproduce with GlazeVM installed, but I did not succeed. I suspect I missed something when doing the setup. 

Matt, could you please detail the steps necessary for your setup and the commands used in CMD/Powershell in order to reproduce? Do you use any other external app apart from GlazeVM?

Can you reproduce this in a clean enviroment?
