I think what needs to happen is

I think what needs to happen is something like [D263603](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D263603), where I added dependencies on the various `winappsdk` fetches. My guess is that I missed some Thunderbird builds somewhere. (as I did with the mingw builds)
