Thank you for reporting it, Will!

This is an Accessibility Severity 2 (`access-S2`) issue because the interactive target areas are smaller than 24 x 24 CSS px (per [WCAG 2.2 Level AA Success Criterion 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum)](https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/target-size-minimum.html) and per [Firefox Accessibility triage guidelines](https://wiki.mozilla.org/Accessibility/Triage#Triaging_Firefox_and_Gecko_feature_defects:~:text=touch%20targets%20below%20WCAG%20recommendations%20%28interactive%20target%20areas%20are%20smaller%20than%2024x24%20CSS%20px%20on%20desktop)).

It's expected that interactive target areas are to be 24 CSS pixels or larger to allow users with limited dexterity and users on the larger screens to better target and click controls. Increasing the size of the icon could be an option to also improve its visibility, but at minimum increasing the padding space around the search icon would help to increase the clickable (interactive) area of these buttons.

[ETA: the current size of these toolbarbuttons is 16 x 16 CSS px which is usually the size of the icon itself, not the whole control including clickable padding]
