I'd hope we hit [this](https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/rev/256e8bad1a52af07e29574baf4aaf02f05b39d93/layout/base/PresShell.cpp#11451) - We're getting anchor using `GetAnchor` into that call instead of using the cached value. Disabling transform in DevTools does make a difference as well.
