At [`attachment.cgi?id=9536906&action=edit`](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=9536906&action=edit#filename:~:text=Filename), I attempted to modify `//*[@id="filename"]`/`//*[@id="att-overlay-file-name"]`, and submit new content in `//*[@id="comment"]`, simultaneously. `click()`'ing `//*[@id="update"]` `reload()`'d, but the modifications were silently discarded. This occurs without any new content in `//*[@id="comment"]`, so this appears to be a problem caused by modifying `//*[@id="filename"]`.
