The original order is what my machine generates, and passed the cargo fmt check in the try run. What version of Rust do you have installed? (For reference, [current MSRV](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/writing-rust-code/update-policy.html#minimum-supported-rust-version) is 1.90.)
