Please mark all sub-bugs as defect.

Include a link to the TestRail run where the test originally failed, even if it has been manually turned to green since.

Please mark all sub-bugs as Defect with Priority P1. Include the following in the bug report

- Path to the failing test
- Beta/DevEd build first affected
- Platforms affected
- Any ideas/hints to the cause of the failure (error messages, etc..)
