**Steps to reproduce**
1.Open Firefox enterprise and log in.
2.Type about:crashparent in the URL bar.
3. Observe a [new tab opens](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2019321) but the FF window remains open in the OS dock.
4. Try to open the existing window. Window won't open, so close window from dock with Close/CMD+Q (on macOS) .
5. Try to open the felt client window by selecting the FF enterprise shortcut.
**Expected result**
The user is successfully logged in and the browser starts.
**Actual result**
Clicking on the browser icon does not open the browser.
**Additional notes**
Killing the Firefox process resolves the issue.
