Preconditions:
- Enable Vertical Tabs.
- Enable "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open several tabs in a tab group.
2. Collapse the tab group.
3. Switch to a tab that's not in that tab group.
4. Make sure that the tab group is not visible on the tab strip (i.e., there are enough tabs between the current tab and the tab group).
5. Use Ctrl+Tab to switch to one of the tabs inside the group, **but not to the previous one** (it should be at least the third in the carousel).

Expected results:
The tab strip autoscrolls to the collapsed tab group with the selected tab highlighted.

Actual results:
The tab strip doesn't autoscroll, even though the selected tab is highlighted inside the tab group.

Note:
This is reproducible in both Nightly and Release.

This is reproducible in both Nightly and Release. I'm on Windows, and I haven't checked other platforms.
