**Preconditions**
* Have Firefox Enterprise installed on open the machine.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Right click on the FxE icon in the menu bar
2. Click on "New Window"

**Expected result**
*A new FxE Windows opens up.

**Actual result**
* No new FxE window is opened.

**Additional notes**
* Using the Menu bar or the Hamburger menu option works as expected.
