After the changes in Bug 2035380, we should evaluate adding objects such as `MenuItemDefaults` that can allow us to better handle consolidating the colors use in the Menu such that we only ever have to change the color in a single place and can expect that the Menu UI components will respond accordingly. This can apply to MenuItem, Badges, and other commonly reused component found in the Menu.

This might be more of an exploration at times to gather feedback on what would be the developer ergonomics and how we can improve the Menu components.
