**Environment:**
Operating system: Linux and Windows
Firefox version: Firefox 154.0

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www.e2enetworks.com/contact-us
2. Observe the contact cards

**Expected Behavior:**
Cards are clear

**Actual Behavior:**
Cards have a blur effect

**Notes:**
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
