Steps to reproduce:

1. Resize Nightly window to be fairly small, but not so small that it triggers compact mode.
2. Press Ctrl+H to open the history sidebar, or Ctrl+B to open the bookmarks sidebar.
3. Observe that the spacing around the toolbars and content area disappears.

Bonus:

4. Slightly resize the window (larger or smaller doesn't matter).
5. Observe that the spacing around the toolbars and content area reappears.
