set browser.nova.enabled - true
browser.smartwindow.agent.enabled - true

*Steps to reproduce*
1. Reach a product on Amazon.com
2. Type /watch in the chat sidebar and hit Enter to submit it.

*Expected result*
* The Create a Task Modal should be displayed in chat.

*Actual result*
* Nothing happens when we hit Enter, but the user can manually click the Ask button
