Thanks for reporting and I must admit that I’m not familiar with said dialog. Just to clarify my understanding: Clicking „Änderungen verwerfen und neu laden“ discards changes made locally (server-side takes precedence) while „Änderungen trotzdem übertragen“ overwrites changes made server-side (local takes precedence)?

If my interpretation is correct, is is not the case, that the original strings: „This item has recently been changed on the server. Submitting your changes will overwrite the changes made on the server.“, „Discard my changes and reload“ and „Submit my changes anyway“ are ambiguous as well, because the button texts do not distinguish between local and server data?

If that is indeed the case (provided, my understanding is correct), it might be best to update the original button strings and then to update the translation accordingly. As for the missing space, the two sentences appear to come from two separate strings. Unless we end the first string with a space, the change might be required elsewhere.
