This work done in Bug 2062510 is a much better approach then our previous out-of-tree monitor mechanism (which is broken since the hg->git move anyhow). Our monitor, however, was also able to detect when a Firefox policy was removed. This bug is about adding the detection capability to browser_policies_differences.js.
