I just got done troubleshooting a customer with all kinds of connection issues over his cell phone hot spot trying to send, trying to copy to his sent bin, and imap socksts errors.  He is running 68.5.  I used comment 135 and it also fixed the issue.

Chuckle,  I had to use -allow-downgrade to get comment 134 to work.
