**Can reproduce** in TB 115.6.1 64-bit @ win10-64bit.

### STR
1. insert the string `h=ab` into the body of an email
2. QuickFilter: search `body` field for `h=ab`
3. SHIFT+CTRL+F: search `body` field for `h=ab`

### actual results:
neither step 2 nor step 3 find the message

### expected results:
message should be found in step 2 and in step 3

### speculation
TB probably has to decide whether it should interpret `=ab` ...
* literally: causes bug 268459
* or as quoted-printable character: causes bug 667854

I don't know if it's possible or desirable to search for both possibilities simultaneously.
