Apologies for the misunderstanding. I thought the original scope of the bug (as in the bug title *"enable DSN return receipts on outgoing messages"*) was still the bug's current definition. The dependencies were added based on this definition. If this bug's scope has shifted to only mean "a UI for DSN", then the dependencies are incorrect. Should I remove all of them I just added ?
