If you enable all of these: * widget.disable-native-theme-for-content (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1411425) * webgl.out-of-process * layers.gpu-process.enabled (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1653444) * security.sandbox.content.headless (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1640345) * widget.remote-look-and-feel (in progress in bug 1503054 and bug 1470983) Then in theory you shouldn't have an X connection. So it's a matter of stabilizing/finishing and shipping these features.
