I can not replicate this error in Gnome on either 60.6.1 or the daily build. Given the mention of oxygen-gtk I would imagine that the error happens on non-gnome desktop. I'll install KDE and see what happens.

I can not replicate this bug in Gnome on either 60.6.1 or the daily build. Given the mention of oxygen-gtk I would imagine that the error happens in KDE, will install and report back.

Update: 
This bug doesn't appear to be affecting Thunderbird 60.6.1 in KDE either. If it was a regression it seems to be fixed now.
