I think it's a Chrome issue; `getSelection().isCollapsed` returns true but `.toString()` still returns a value.

I think it's a Chrome issue; `getSelection().isCollapsed` returns true but `.toString()` still returns a value. Selection is not expected to show the text control internal information per the current specification.
