The low fps problem is addressed on the above Bugzilla page, but scrolling of https://www.yahoo.co.jp/ was still not smooth on my laptop(P50 Win10).

The low fps problem is addressed on the above Bugzilla page, but scrolling of https://www.yahoo.co.jp/ was still not smooth on my laptop(P50 Win10). The page was smooth without picture caching.
