Skiping and removing is _not_ an option because this test specifically tests the interaction of the keyboard with the autocomplete stuff and makes sure the experience for screen reader users remains consistent and pleasant. So whichever the new interaction model is it must be accessible *and* working with the keyboard. So, porting is the only way forward.
