**Affected platforms**
* Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Ubuntu 16.04;

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Access any pdf file [like this](http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/web/compressed.tracemonkey-pldi-09.pdf);
3. Click on the Menu button;
4. Click on the print option (to open the print preview);
5. Right Click on the page(s);

**Expected result**
* Context menu is opened near the mouse;

**Actual result**
* Context menu is opened way off;

**Regression range**
* will provide a range asap;

**Additional notes**
* attached a screenshot with the issue, right click was executed where the epic red x is placed;
* macOS 10.13 did not seem to reproduce this issue

* not a regression, the issue appeared with the implementation of _ the right click triggerering the context menu;
