**Steps to reproduce**

1. Start a mozregression using the bisection wizard
2. Set resue in the profile persistence section
3. Set some dates for bad and good builds (we use good 2019-02-01 and bad 2019-02-15) and start 

**Expected result**
* You are able to find regression range. The downgrade protection should be disabled by default for mozregression. 

**Actual result**
*The first build works but when the second build tries to open you are prompted with Downgrade protection.

**Steps to reproduce**

Preconditions: Use a clean install.

1. Install FF on your OS
2. Go to the terminal and create a new profile
    /Applications/FirefoxNightly.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -createprofile TEST
3.Close everything
4. Start the Firefox from step 1 by double click on the Firefox icon (normal way), without using the Profile Manager.
5. Go to about:profiles


**Expected result**
*  You see 3 profiles: default, default-"firefox version" and TEST

**Actual result**
* The Default profile is missing.
