Thanks for the response! Many of these are completely unused in GeckoView, but there may be a couple that makes sense to expose in some kind of way. In particular, `network.security.esni.enabled` is an experimental feature that we probably don't mind people flipping on (though I haven't checked with the networking folks).

I would be a lot happier if we had something like `about:features` where we could surface things like that.
