I tried a few different combinations, and it seems like this regression does not show up in any type of warm load which explains why tp6 did not catch this. It also does not show up if I cold load the page using the same profile in each load. However, if I use a new profile in each session, then this seems to consistently show up when I visit the target page for the first time.

However, if I use a new profile in each session, then this seems to consistently show up when I visit the target page for the first time, even if I load a bunch of random other websites first (I tried navigating to amazon, reddit, cnn before finally goiing to cnbc).
