When scrolling in GeckoView scrolling is now no longer smooth. Bisect m-c has show https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1535788 to be the cause of the regression. This scrolling regression is particularly noticeable in Firefox Reality where scrolling now causes a strobing effect. Stepping through video it appears that the page no longer smoothly tracks the finger and will miss frames and then jump to catch up.
