I think the needinfo was just to set a priority :). I'll set P3 to satisfy the nag. As far as the problem, I'm not sure what's going on but a good next step would be to find someone who's familiar with MOZ_DISABLE_CONTENT_SANDBOX and try to figure out how mozregression does something differently w.r.t to that.
