Status update for GV example browser from 2019-04-17. Tests failed due to dropped frames are:

* VP9.2160p30@1X: 2/455 => 0.4%
* VP9.*p60@1X: >40/900 => ~4.4%

Also when I ran the tests unattended the geckoview_example browser crashed a couple of times. I will try to check this tomorrow.
