I'm removing the North Star Metrics from the requirements for this, because while it's critical and would be nice to have it in 69, it's really a separate entity/project. Additionally this experiments is about what happend when there is no search string, thus the proposed metric wouldn't directly benefit this (on the other side this experiment could be used to check the metric stability).
