Indeed it is vice versa and yes, and the duplicate domain should be redirected:

crash-stats.mozilla.org is canonical for Socorro as it's used by Firefox and HSTS preloaded.

* https://wiki.mozilla.org/Webdev/GetInvolved/crash-stats.mozilla.org

crash-stats.mozilla.com is not used for Firefox and was used mistakenly at a few places.
