The data review form hasn't changed, but the patch has. I've clarified in the description field in which circumstances we'll record this event. The significance of the "first filled" distinction is that we don't want to record 2 events when we are the result of selecting the generated password from the autocomplete dropdown is to fill 2 fields e.g a "new password" and "confirm password" inputs. Also changed: this event is now recorded from the main/parent process.
