This is the same as version 1.0.2, with the following differences:

- manifest.json formatted (to be more readable, not one line).
- manifest.json: Bumped version to 1.0.3.
- manifest.json: Update homepage_url to this bug.
- content.js and content.js.map removed as it was not used.
- experiments/skeleton/api.js updated to return when the signature fails to be added, and delay the signature verification check by another day. This logic is behind a deadline so that the signed xpi cannot later be used to turn off signature verification forever.
